I was startled to read an article from an Indiana newspaper that identified the dramatic increase in deaths from an overdose of methadone.
Because methadone is an inexpensive alternative to OxyContin (oxycodone), it has become a widely prescribed drug for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. For example, the cost of a two-week supply of OxyContin is over $200.00 while the cost for a two-week supply of methadone is less than $30.00.
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, methadone can cause slow or shallow breathing and dangerous changes in heart beat that may not be felt by the person using the medication. Life-threatening side effects and deaths have occurred in people starting methadone for pain control and in people who have switched to methadone from other strong narcotic pain relievers.

I made an investment in myself. I bought a shirt and a pair of shorts that don’t quite look good on me, but would look super hot if I just exercised/worked out a bit. I’m 6 foot tall and 140 pounds, in no danger of getting fat, but I also don’t have, how you say, “muscle.” So if I just work out a bit, and maybe eat slightly less icecream, I’ll be the studliest stud ever. I had a baby and now that hes getting older I began working out again. I start by 5 minutes of stretching, then I do some crunching and floor excersize. Then I jog in place for 5-10 minutes and finish it off with 5 minutes of jumping jacks. I also try to walk daily for 30 minutes at a medium rate.
I have Asthma which is under control and allergies. I take advair, albuterol (as needed), clariton 10mg (allergies), nasonex (allergies).
My resting heartrate it 67. When I do my workouts it can get as high as 200.
After my workout I am beat. My head hurts, and it hurts to breathe in so I have to lay down for 5-10 minutes. It gets frightening. The headache lasts for awhile I usually end up taking tylenol to make it go away.
Why is this happening, and is this normal after having a baby and being out of shape?
I breathe fine after its just painful to breathe deeply. I hardly have to take the rescue inhaler. I do tend to hold my breath while excersizing especially with crunching. I went in for a checkup a week back she said I was fine and gave me nose spray for the allergies.

However, most people will not be able to last long on this little amount of food. Another option is to train for long periods of time every day of the week.
So what is the answer? Train harder or eat less.
My approach to this problem is a long-term weight control. This means patiently following a nutrition plan that is well-balanced between lean protein, natural carbs and healthy fats. There’s no magic and no quick fix to losing body fat but there aren’t many different methods that are proven to work. You must remember that it is exactly 3 hours between each meal. You must eat at that time, not before or after, try and keep to the time table. I would suggest that you cook all your foods in bulk and keep in containers in the fridge if you have a problem cooking them on time.  

Meal 1 (11:00am)

4oz Porridge oats, Sweetener and Water

2 x scoop Advanced Whey Protein (advanced Whey has only 3 g of carbs), 5mg Glutamine and Water.

Also take your supplements  

MEAL 2 (2:00pm);

After Training

1 x matrix or other lean meal replacement, 5mg Glutamine and 2 x scoops of Advanced Whey Protein with Water

MEAL 3 (5:00pm);

12 oz Baked Potato or Boiled Potatoes or Boiled Rice (washed)

12 oz Fresh Chicken Breast or Fresh Turkey Breast or Fresh White Fish

12 oz Steamed Vegetables or Large Salad 

MEAL 4 (8:00pm);

12 oz Baked Potatoes or Boiled Potatoes or Boiled Rice (washed)

For 4 days every 3 hours take in 50 grams of protein and 3-4 grams of carbs.

i.e. 2 pieces of Chicken or Turkey Breast or White Fish with a t-spoon of Boiled Rice.

                                                            Or

2 x Scoops of Whey Protein mixed with Water. (The advanced whey protein has 3 grams of carbs in it) and a small bowl of steamed vegetables. 

Even take a drink to bed with you so you can feed yourself through the night, you must not let your body convert into a catabolic that is very important.

CARBING UP

2 days before the day of the show every 2 hours you take in a medium-large sizes jacket potato (dont eat the skin) or 16 oz of boiled washed Rice and 3 grams of Protein (small piece of chicken). Make sure you have a meal if you wake up in the night. Follow this process up to the time of your show.


 
The night before the show your last meal before bed must be a Best of Beef Steak with a plate of Chips, with nothing on them keep it plain. The morning of the show for breakfast have a couple of pieces of dry, plain and sweet cake with a Banana. Then just keep eating as normal every 2 hours. If you want you can also eat a flapjack has a meal on the day of the show. Whilst pumping up drink 1 litre of Water and some normal Coca Cola with a bar of Chocolate.

STOP TRAINING AND CARDIO WHEN YOU START CARBING UP.

SODIUM DEPLETING;

Start this when you start carbing up, the only thing you can drink is Evien Water, keep the fluid going in. Stop drinking 18 hours before the show, nothing at all, have a small sip if needed. Do not clean your teeth with toothpaste because it as sodium in it, when you start carbing clean your teeth with Lemon Juice.

Also try and rub Thiomucase all over your body before bed at night, leave this on for 24 hours. Start this process 10 days out from show stop when you start tanning.

TANNING;

The day before the show you must have at least 4 coats of Pro-Tan through out the day. Have 1 every 3 hours, remember to shower before the Tan, no scrubbing just let the water run off you then dab yourself after with a towel, this is a must. Leave knees, elbows, feet and hands till your last coat. Before bed, have 1 coat of Jan Tana then put a track suit on to sleep in, this is to stop any smearing. The morning of the show have another Jan Tana. When oiling up put a very thin smear of oil on and spread it evenly, too much will make you smooth. Try and stand under a light when oiled to see if you have enough or not enough on. GOOD LUCK. NEVER SAY DIE

Hair is fairly strong and can generally withstand normal grooming techniques. However, there can be thinning or breakage of hair due to poor grooming habits, and following several tips can prevent these bouts of thinning and breakage. Avoid combing hair with fine-toothed combs when wet, as this is a common cause of breakage. Although this is a tempting practice because hair straightens and detangles much better if combed when wet, the stress on the hair shaft is immense when the hair is wet because it is weakened.
This goes for brushing the hair when wet also. Brushing the hair in general can be stimulating to the scalp, encouraging blood flow to the hair follicles and maintaining their health. Brushing the hair before washing it can loosen up flakes of sebum and dead skin buildup and make it easier to thoroughly clean the scalp during shampooing. Remember, over combing or over brushing generally will cause damage to the hair, which is quite contrary to the old 100-stroke brushing rule.
Although clean hair is desirable and even necessary for the maintenance of healthy hair, excessive shampooing can strip vital minerals like calcium, phosphorus, nitrogen and iron from the hair. This is particularly true when using commercial shampoos. Most commercial shampoos contain formaldehyde as a preservative. To disguise the presence of formaldehyde it is listed in the ingredients as Quanternium-15. This substance can be carcinogenic (cancer-causing) and poisonous to the entire system.
Unfortunately for those who suffer with dandruff, anti-dandruff shampoos are some of the most dangerous shampoos on the market. Selenium sulfide is the main ingredient in most dandruff shampoos, a substance that has shown to cause degeneration of the liver. Other toxic chemicals such as polyvinyl pyrrlidone plastic (PVP), which is a proven carcinogenic, and creosol which has been proven to be highly toxic are commonly found in dandruff shampoos. This is why it is very important to correct this condition as quickly as possible through natural means.
Natural shampoos normally found in health food stores are a much better choice. Even with natural shampoos, be careful of the ingredient Sodium Lauryl Sulfate can strip away too much oil from the hair, causing shampoo residue to be left behind. Ingredients that have proven useful in shampoos are cocamides, Panthenol Pro-B, of course the previously discussed vitamins, aloe vera, sage, nettle, burdock, chamomile, chaparral, horsetail and rosemary. Also look for shampoos that contain keratin, the protein substance that hair is made of, or amino acids. This will help seal breakages in the cuticle.
Choose a shampoo with a proper pH balance; a level of 5.5 is ideal. The pH scale runs from 0 to 6.9 for acids and 7.1 to 14 for alkaline, with 7 being neutral. Although generally conditioners are good for hair provided that they do not contain the previously mentioned harmful chemicals, shampoos with conditioners included should be avoided. Shampooing and conditioning serve two different functions and the effectiveness of both are diminished by combining the process.
When shampooing, pour the shampoo into the hands and rub the shampoo in with your hands rather than pouring it on your head. By pouring shampoo directly into the hair you may promote buildup in one particular spot. Massage gently with your fingertips to loosen flakes and buildup and to stimulate circulation, but avoid using the fingernails as this may scratch the scalp and cause scarring over time. Shampoo with warm water to open the pores and rinse with cool water to promote shrinking the pores back to their normal size. After washing hair, dry it by blotting the hair with a towel. Avoid rubbing, especially with terrycloth towels, as this will pull hair when it is in a weakened state due to the wetness.
Be sure to follow directions on all perms and relaxers, as misuse can cause serious damage to the hair shaft. Excessive coloring, styling or heat treatments, and chemical treatments can damage hair and cause breakage even when directions are followed. Always keep in mind that these perms and relaxers have harsh chemicals in them that chemically alter hair, and long-term use of these chemicals can cause harm to hair shafts and follicles causing some hair loss. If you can avoid the use of these chemicals, by all means do. The result could be the increased life of your hair.
If you decide to use perms or relaxers to process hair, be sure to use semi-permanent hair color or henna. This will avoid harsh reactions between the relaxer or perm and the ammonia and peroxide amounts in permanent dyes. It is always best to allow the hair to rest untreated as much as possible, and avoid mixing chemical processes. Another styling caution is against the overuse of hairstyles that pull the hair too tight, such as ponytails and braids, which will cause hair loss especially along the sides of the scalp. This syndrome is called traction alopecia. Keep in mind when styling hair that hair is living and growing, and is susceptible to the stress of constant pulling continuous abuse causes scarring, which will lead to permanent hair loss in the areas affected. Along with leaving the hair chemically untreated for a time, leaving it in a loose style without over-manipulation for as long as possible will ensure optimum results.

4 cups cooked and cooled brown rice
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 small cucumber, sliced
1. Generously coat a wok or large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Pour in eggs, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, lifting the edges so uncooked egg flows underneath, until mostly set, 1 to 2 minutes. Slide out of the pan onto a clean cutting board. When cool enough to handle, cut into thin strips.
2. Place shallots, garlic, almonds and chiles in a food processor. Process to a thick paste. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the wok (or pan) over medium-high heat. Add the paste and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.
3. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and cook, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Add the shallot paste, soy sauce, kecap manis and rice and stir until combined and heated through, about 2 minutes more. Transfer the Nasi Goreng to a platter. Top with the strips of egg and scallions. Arrange tomato and cucumber slices around the edges.

After going on a cruise and getting sun burn on the back top of my head, I thought I better do something about it. I never lost more then 50%, and my spot wasnt more then 2 inchs across, much like that guy in the comercial. I have always had thin hair compared to my friends, but I didn't want to be at my wedding with a bald head. I am 26 now, I keep in very good shape, and eat super healthy. I thought that that might be important to note.

First, if the smell bothers you, then I bet you can even step outside in the spring without complaining. I NEVER smelled anything on the pillow as long as I let it dry. It dries within minutes, and can be combed easily. Just make sure you WASH YOUR HANDS. If you don't, and you put your fingers in your mouth for any reason, the taste will be with you for hours!

I would apply just like the directions said, twice a day(I started once a day in the morning later on, see below explanation). I would put the can in cold water in the sink to cool it inside while I showered, then run my fingers under cold water. It wouldn't melt away this way. The only problem I found was it seems that half a cap full wasn't enough, but the little cans held a lot. I think that half a cap full is more a mental thing then anything else, I just wanted to apply more then it instructed me to do so. It only takes 2 minutes in the morning at most, it becomes part of your day just like brushing your teeth.

After four months, I begin using Kirkland's 5% solution at night to save money, since I didn't need it to dry as fast at night. By doing this now the Rogaine can is lasting maybe a month and three weeks. It's cheaper and I don't have to worry if im using too much. I also used Kirkland all over my head in places I wasnt loosing hair, and its really made my hair thicker, like it hurts to brush now. Since they really dont know how rogaine works, I think me putting it over my head is just enlarging the hair I already have and making it not fall out as fast, but I dont know..

After 3 months I had re-growth, with about 65-75% coverage compared to my original 50%. Its also important to know that I bought a mirror to make sure I was applying it right. I asked the person who cuts my hair and she said that I had small hairs growing.

After 4 months I had more re-growth, with maybe 75-80% coverage.

After 6 months, I can't honestly tell even under bright light where my bald spot is. I can't believe that in 5-6 short months my hair completely has grown back. It is actually kind of frustrating because now that its grown back, I wish I didnt need the rogaine anymore, but sigh I will need it the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well until science clones hairs to put on my head!

ALSO, important to note!!! I also begin using head and shoulders. Most people think this is a dandruff shampoo, which it is, but it cures your of dandruff by taking care of your scalp. I also started taking a nutritional supplement called "Hair, Skin and Nails", I bought at Wal-Mart. I noticed that after 3 months my hair just seemed healthier, and grew alot faster. I also begin using Saw Palmetto Pills once a morning, 540 milligrams. People say this blocks DHT, I have no idea whether they did anything or not, but my hair is thinker all over.
